What is Go Red For Women?
Since 2004, Go Red for Women has been addressing the awareness and clinical care gaps of women's greatest health threat, cardiovascular disease. As part of this year's nationwide class of changemakers, Veronica will be working with the American Heart Association and her network to raise much-needed funds for Go Red for Women and leading initiatives to improve the health of our community!

Why is Veronica Fundraising?
Veronica is passionate about building awareness, promoting healthy lifestyles, and raising funds to support research and education initiatives. Why? Because cardiovascular disease is the #1 Killer of Women and losing even one woman to cardiovascular disease is one woman too many.
Her mother's legacy has inspired her to not only survive but thrive. Veronica does so with passion, compassion, humor, and style as she works towards promoting education, raising awareness, and creating lasting change for generational health!
