Slavnostní zahájení proběhne ve čtvrtek 8. ledna v 19:00, komentovaná prohlídka se uskuteční ve středu 4. února v 18:00.
⚡ Výstava Nebula se obrací k prapůvodním zdrojům Salajkovy tvorby - k přírodě jako prostoru fascinace, imaginace i neklidu. Nové obrazy vyrůstají z autorova dlouhodobého pozorování sil, které přírodu formují: jejího tichého tajemství, nevyčerpatelné schopnosti probouzet fantazii, ale také temných energií, jež se probouzejí při lidském narušení její rovnováhy.
⚡ Název výstavy, označující mlhu či mlhovinu, odkazuje k nejasnosti a proměnlivosti forem. Nervní, dynamický rukopis sleduje neustálý pohyb, skrze vrstvení barev se z útrob přírody dere vše viděné, prožité i tušené.
⚡ Nebula přináší pohled na přírodu jako na živoucí organismus - krásný, hrozivý i tajuplný zároveň. Obrazy se stávají místem střetu energie a křehkosti, kde každý tah nese stopu bytostného zaujetí světem, který nás přesahuje.

Trafo Gallery warmly invites you to the exhibition by Martin Salajka titled Nebula.

The exhibition will run from January 9 to February 22, 2026.
The opening reception will take place on Thursday, January 8 at 7:00 PM, and a guided tour will be held on Wednesday, February 4 at 6:00 PM.
⚡ Nebula returns to the primal sources of Salajka’s work – to nature as a space of fascination, imagination, and unrest. The new paintings grow out of the artist’s long-term observation of the forces that shape nature: its silent mysteries, its inexhaustible capacity to awaken the imagination, as well as the dark energies that arise when humans disturb its balance.
⚡ The title of the exhibition, referring to fog or a nebula, points to uncertainty and the mutability of forms. The nervous, dynamic brushwork follows a constant movement, with layers of color conveying everything experienced, seen, and intuited from the depths of nature.
⚡ Nebula offers a view of nature as a living organism – beautiful, formidable, and mysterious at once. The paintings become a space where energy and fragility meet, with every stroke bearing the trace of a profound engagement with a world that surpasses us.
