The informational session to learn more (and to sign up) is Sunday, March 8th, 3pm at Hot Power Yoga Center. FREE to attend, learn and try some delicious recipes that will be featured on retreat.We have two retreats scheduled:
Thursday, July 23th to Sunday, July 26th is group 1 (almost sold out)
and
Thursday, July 30th to Sunday, August 2nd is group 2 (most beds still available)
at Good Commons Retreat Center, in Plymouth, Vermont.
This yoga and lifestyle retreat focused on health, wellness, and connection will expand your practice of yoga on and off the mat with like-minded people.
What's included?
Physical yoga practice twice a day; power vinyasa, aromatherapy, restorative, and more.
We are putting the treat in reTREAT! All provided meals will be delicious, homemade, plant-based, vegan meals. They will be wonderful to eat at the retreat and, with our guidance, you will leave feeling confident to cook the same at home. All breakfasts, lunches, and dinners will be free of ultra-processed ingredients and made fresh in the retreat center kitchen. During the retreat, we will teach you how to incorporate more plant-based options into your lifestyle with cooking and baking seminars (optional to attend). You will also be guided how to make sour dough bread and will leave with your very own sour dough starter kit to nurture (included). You will also leave with a collection of ALL of the delicious HEALTHY recipes to take home with you (included).
An example of the schedule:
Day 1: Thursday, July 24th (Check in at 4pm):
Light snacks are provided as we arrive followed by an opening circle and gentle practice to get to know each other. Then we will celebrate our arrival by having a fabulous delicious dinner.
Day 2 and 3: Friday and Saturday:
Morning yoga followed by breakfast. Guests will have some free time to explore Plymouth, Vermont or hang out at Good Commons to enjoy all the amenities at Good Commons
https://www.goodcommons.com/retreats. Lunch will be in the afternoon followed by an optional workshop to attend on site or more relaxation. In the evening, we will have evening yoga followed by dinner and dessert.
Please note: Cooking/baking seminars, sour dough class, and yoga workshops will be sprinkled in during down time. In addition, information about local hiking spots, swimming, paddle boarding, and canoeing will be available.
After dinner, you will have free time to hang in the hot tub, play yard games, and mingle with other guests. Wine and beer optional (BYOB).
Day 3: Sunday:
Morning Yoga followed by a delicious brunch. Checkout will be at 11am.

Loft: 1 full and 8 twins
There are 4 full shared baths, one half bath. In addition, rooms 3 & 4 share their own bath/steam shower. Our informational session will allow you to choose your room and learn more about what pricing option works best for you. Prices per person range from as little as $1100 (all included) per person to $1850 (all included) per person. We will show you all options at the info session.
