An adventurous area of six mountains awaits providing some of the most spectacular scenic roads on the East Coast. In addition, you’ll partake in a true Green Mountain lodging experience. The Appalachian Gap spans an incredible selection of twisting and winding mountain roads for motorcycle touring like none other.
➥ Route 100: The Skiers’ Highway
This road twists and turns through most of the major resort mountains of southern Vermont. Reaching over 200 miles, this serpentine ride spans from the south end of VT all the way to its north end.
➥Sherburne Pass
A mountain pass in the Green Mountains of Vermont, between 3,957-foot (1,206 m) Pico Peak to the south and 2,782-foot (848 m) Deer Leap Mountain to the north. The height of land of the pass is located in the town of Killington, while its western ascent begins in the town of Mendon. Traversed by U.S. Route 4.

Mike and Manuel have been biker buddies since 2019. They've embarked on motorcycle journeys from the northernmost part of the United States all the way down to the southernmost point, where they’ve parked their bikes under the sunset of the Florida Keys.
✨Mike Bike✨
Since the age of 13, motorcycles have been Mikebike’s way of life, starting with a Yamaha 125cc Enduro and moving up to a 350cc cruiser before riding just about everything on two wheels. Today, he owns four bikes—his beloved 1990 ZX-7, a 2004 Ducati 999, a 2007 Triumph Speed Triple, and a 2017 BMW R1200GSA. He’s lived and ridden across the USA, Africa, and Europe, never just passing through but truly immersing himself in each place, always with a bike by his side. From shipping his ZX-7 from San Francisco to Europe to a decade of riding across the continent, the road has always been home.
✨Manuel MotoReveries✨
Manuel is a motorcycle test rider, writer/journalist, and motorcycle road trip enthusiast. He's written for international motorcycle publications and has test-ridden bikes on the West Coast for Harley-Davidson, as well as raised money for charity events in partnership with Triumph motorcycles. It is his dream to ride as many different bikes on as many different roads as he can.
