Visit our Waterbury store to sample 7 “Best of Class” winning cheeses from the 2025 US Championship Cheese Competition and American Cheese Society Contest during VT Cheese Week, 9/6-14. We will be sampling everyday that the store is open: Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday-Sunday from 10:30-5pm:
