CALLING ALL CYCLISTS, BUS RIDERS AND ADVOCATES! Join , , and for a bike ride along Vermont Avenue to discuss and preview ACT-LA's bus lane campaign and discuss poposed infrastructure along Vermont Avenue.

Start Location: Exposition Park (South East Corner of Vermont and Exposition)
End Location: Same location as starting point

About The Project:
The ACT-LA coalition is advocating for a bus lane on the Vermont Ave. corridor that would provide people riding buses and bikes with a dedicated lane. This dedicated lane would enhance access to your and other local businesses and institutions by upgrading the Vermont Ave. corridor to allow for more frequent and reliable bus service and better overall street safety than is afforded to people on the sidewalks, onboard buses, and riding bikes there today.

What to Bring:
- A functional bicycle or wheeled device (highly recommended with gears)
- TAP card or money for fare if you plan to use the Metro bus or train.
- Additional cash to purchase food at stops
- A helmet is required if under 18
- Bike lights (front white light and red rear light)
- Water bottle (with water)
- Bright colored clothing/ reflective gear
- Bikes with training wheels are not permitted, but children are welcome to attend if pulled in a trailer or on-bike child seat
Please Note: All ride participants must sign this waiver to participate. A parent or legal guardian is required to sign for and accompany any minors under 18 participating in the ride
