Vermicomposting is the use of eathworms to convert organic waste into fertilizer. Kendall Rae Johnson – who at 9 years old is the youngest certified farmer in Georgia – will guide us through techniques to get started vermicomposting at home.
Note: Please bring 3 buckets of the same size (up to 5 gallons).
Tickets are available for this workshop at $5, $10 and $15. Please pay more if you are able. Proceeds help make special programming in our garden possible!
