Uniting Communities Through Music, Truth, & Beauty
Established in 2023, Sacred Sounds is a burgeoning concert series aimed at showcasing immense musical talent along with the great works of the St. James Music Ministry. With an ultimate goal of marrying truth with beauty, Sacred Sounds performs a divine message for diverse communities of people by bringing downtown talent to the suburbs. Sacred Sounds features a musical season comprised of six concerts, beginning with a contemporary concert in September, highlighting a major classical work in March, and ending with a patriotic salute in July. Music from the series helps raise awareness for worthy causes as well as serves an ecumenical purpose of sharing music with the masses of Chicagoland and beyond.
