• Learn the history of Neapolitan Pizza while enjoying a glass of wine, sparkling cider, or our Galentine Cocktail, homemade mozzarella & wood-fired bread
• Obtain a Neapolitan Pizza Dough Recipe
• Learn Neapolitan Dough Pressing Techniques
• Get your hands dirty (if you'd like) to knead the dough, feel the different states of fermentation, and press out a pizza yourself
• View up close the techniques learned in class, while our Pizzaolio makes and cooks a pizza of your choice
• Enjoy pizza with a second glass of wine or beer and discuss the techniques you've learned to create a traditional Neapolitan pizza
• Finish with a homemade dessert
