Starting March 1st the planet Venus goes retrograde until April 12th.This time signifies a deep dive into looking at our relationships to money & love - to find, acknowledge, and let go of limiting belief systems and old trauma stories that hold us back from connecting with ourselves & others; while also allowing us to see how we are being in the world and potentially blocking our own sucess, whether in our interpersonal realationships or financial abundance.
This 2 hour workshop will focus on teaching tools to utilize throughout the duration of the retrograde to support finding secure attachment to ourselves, and the world around us.
Tools we will work with include: journaling, meditation, breathwork, somatic movement, community sharing, and a restorative sound session to complete and integrate our time together.
