The VentureQuest (VQ) Adventure Race has challenged, rewarded, and inspired close to 4500 athletes in its history. VQ is where is all began for EX2 and we are excited to produce our 22nd edition of this special race.This year we will have a 8-hour and 4-hour course option at Fountainhead Regional Park. Fountainhead has hosted many previous editions of VQ, the last being in 2021.

Disciplines: Trekking, paddling, mountain biking, navigation
Teams: Soloists and teams of up to 4 (male, female, or mixed gender). Team members travel together the entire race.
