We'll taste wines from Oregon and Washington paired perfectly with delicious bites to bring out all the flavors. Whether you're a wine newbie or a seasoned sipper, this event is all about enjoying great drinks and good vibes.
First Course: Walla Walla Sauvignon Blanc paired with scampied shrimp on soft grilled Bruschetta with a pesto sauce.
Second Course: Chehalem Rose paired with an arugula salad topped with fresh beets, strawberries, goat cheese and tossed in our Chef's vinaigrette.
Third Course: Mercer Estate Cabernet paired with a short rib ragu over grilled polenta with asparagus.
Dessert: Love Pinot Noir paired with Tiramisu.
