Annual Venice Christmas Boat Parade. This is a free event for the public put on yearly by area boaters. Boats of all sizes are decorated for the holidays in just about anything that can be placed on a boat. The boaters proceed to travel from just north of Albee Rd. bridge down the intracoastal and turn around right before the Circus bridge. There are many areas that are publicly free along the intracoastal that the parade can be viewed from. Besides the boaters having a blast decorating their boats for the crowds to enjoy our organization is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and part of this event is to raise money to Give Back to the Community. Sponsorship/donations from area companies/individuals allows the parade committee to give 2 donations each year to organizations in the Venice area. Our website lists some of our previous recipients of this yearly donation. Any amount of a donation or sponsorship from individuals/companies is greatly appreciated in helping us give to others that will benefit.
