Fall Crafter's Bazaar Central Lutheran Church
When? Saturday, November 9, 2024
Event time? 9:00am to 3:00 pm
**Set up is available November 8, from 5 to 7PM. Doors open on November 9 for set up at 7:30AM and clean-up will follow the event 3-5PM. Vendors are to leave their area clean and free of all trash, debris, and return it to the state it was in upon arrival.
Where? Central Lutheran Church 1604, Fellowship Hall and Family Room. (Lower Level)
Who? This event is to support local crafters and creators.
**ALL ITEMS MUST BE HOMEMADE or HOMEGROWN. This is to promote local crafters, no direct sale vendors will be permitted such as Scentsy, Mary Kay etc.
Booth Space and Cost: Each booth will be 8x8ft and cost $35. Booths will have one 8 ft table with two chairs provided. ***Payment is due by OCTOBER 27, 2024.
**Space will NOT be held until payment is received at the church location.
**Spaces will be mapped out and assigned as individuals sign up. Each space will be labeled with your name on it.
To be noted: This is a family friendly event. No items containing profanity, inappropriate/sexual gestures/sayings, or political statements will be allowed. We aim to maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all.
Liability: Each vendor is solely responsible for any damage to their items or property and assumes all risk of bodily injury while on the premises. You will need to sign at the church with payment.

We would love the same spot we had last year on the end. (Spaces are reserved on a first come first serve payment)
Are we able to bring our own table cloth? Are we able to hang name sign off the front of table or bring a little table to put the sign on?
You may bring your own table cloth/sign or additional table as long as it fits in your 8x8 area.
Can I sell mood rings? kid pens? and erasers? YES, as long as they are hand crafted by you.
