Vendors wanted! - 2025 Juneteenth Celebration

Monmouth County Diversity Alliance, Inc hosts the annual Juneteenth Celebration in downtown Freehold Boro. The celebration takes place on Main Street between the Monmouth County Hall of Records and Throckmorton St.

CALLING ALL VENDORS. Last year we estimate 2,000+ people attended! In addition to vendors we have entertainment, non-profit resources and activities for kids. REGISTER TODAY!

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Items for sale must be displayed within the space. Do not display items outside of your space.

NO DAY OF THE EVENT REGISTRATION - REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 11 PM MAY 31, 2025

1. PARKING - After drop off you will be directed to park behind the Hall of Records

2. SET-UP TIME -Vendors should be set up by 11:15 am. Food vendors should expect to arrive between 9 am and 10 am for inspection. Vendors will receive an email with arrival details closer to the event date. Note: Vendor spaces will be assigned. Your coopration is appreciated. Cars will not be permitted in the event space after 11 am.

3.DEBRIS DISPOSAL: All trash, litter or debris brought into your space or generated while there must be taken with you when you leave. Substantial debris that remains in your area after your departure, may result in exclusion from future events

4.NOT PERMITTED: Any illegal drugs or alcoholic beverages. Any weaponry including but not limited to guns, bows, arrows, swords, knives. Any Profanity and merchandise that is deemed inappropriate. This is a family friendly event. No loud music or megaphones/ microphones as we will be providing music for the day.

5. VENDORS MUST PRE-REGISTER. There will be no registration at the festival. Registration closes May 31, 2025 at 11 pm. NO REFUNDS for any reason.

6. WEATHER: Please understand this festival is a RAIN OR SHINE event. Plan ahead in the event of inclement weather, including high winds. If the weather is questionable, it is at the discretion of Monmouth County Diversity Alliance to reschedule. There are no refunds or switching dates when the event is held on a rain date. If thunderstorms/lightning is in the forecast , The Borough of Freehold reserves the right to cancel any event if the area is deemed unsuitable and unsafe.

7. All vendors should have business insurance and agree to hold Monmouth County Diversity Alliance Inc. harmless from any and all claims of loss or damage to personal property.

**All food vendors must obtain a temporary food license with the Freehold Borough Board of Health. All questions regarding the need for a permit must be directed to the Freehold Borough Board of Health. The license application should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure a timely approval. Any permit fees are payble to the Boro. It is the responsibility of the food vendor to obtain the appropriate approvals prior to the date of the event.
