Vendor Room hours will be:
Friday - 5pm - 10pm (4:30pm for VIP)
Saturday - 10am - 7pm (9:30am for VIP)
Sunday - 11am - 5pm (10:30am for VIP)
- Load in starts the Friday of the event at 8:am
- VIP pass holders will have 30 min early entry each day.
- Set up time will be on Friday 8am - 5pm WITH NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Tables are only considered reserved with payment in full
- If you require power please contact show hotel. NOTE: There might be a cost for power this will be YOUR responsibility.
- Each vendor will receive 2 wristbands per table purchased upon check in. Any additional wristbands can be purchased for a discount price of $40. NOTE: If you lose your wristband we will not replace it you can purchase another at the discounted price!
- Tables are only guaranteed with the receipt of payment and this contract. Reminder: These will sell out - space is limited. Book your space today!
- There are no refunds for tables. If a situation arises where you are unable to attend, you may ask to use your paid table at another Nightmares event. Sole discretion is with the Nightmares team.
Dealer’s exhibits may not intrude in the aisles in front of or to the side of the dealer’s tables. Walkway space needs to be maintained in accordance with the rules of the Fire Marshall. Wall space is available and will be awarded on a First-Come, First-Serve basis. Please notify us immediately if you require wall space. No tables/spaces will be reserved by application alone, all payments must accompany application. Each vendor is granted 2 weekend passes per table purchased All vendors/exhibitors agree to hold blameless all ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES committee members, workers, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors/exhibitors participation in the ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES CONVENTION. Rocky Mountain Nightmares in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Rocky Mountain Nightmares. Vendors/exhibitors do not represent ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES in any way, and Rocky Mountain Nightmares is to be held blameless against any and all merchandise bought, sold or brought onto the premises of the the Rocky Mountain Nightmares event All merchandise sold by all vendors/exhibitors is strictly from one collector to another and no rights are given or implied. Rocky Mountain Nightmares reserves the right to refuse to allow displays or merchandise that is pornographic or extremely violent in nature to be exhibited or sold. Please keep in mind that this is a Family Event. Absolutely no pornographic material may be sold or displayed at this event. Once payment has been received, there will be NO REFUNDS on vendor space. Refunds are given only if a show is cancelled. If a show is postponed, the table will be moved to the new date OR applied to another city event Electricity is additional and is available for purchase by contacting the hotel directly. Phone, Wi-Fi and DSL are available directly from the hotel at an additional charge. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements. Vendors are responsible for charging state sales tax and reporting sales to the state. ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES will not be held responsible for vendor failure to collect, report, and submit sales tax charges. Vendors are accountable for any legal action taken against them or their workers, volunteers or etc. Neither ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES nor the hotel will be held responsible. All vendors acknowledge that ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES, its employees, workers and volunteers; and hotel employees and agents will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss. Any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any vendor or their workers, employees or volunteers will be the sole liability of the vendor. ROCKY MOUNTAIN NIGHTMARES will not be held responsible in any way.
