About this Event
* **THIS IS FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION***
Plant, farm & garden, arts & crafts, clothing, and educational vendors/booths are encouraged to join in on the SECOND annual festival! A 10'x10' booth is $25. There is a limited number of 10'x20' booth available for $45 and only two 10x30 booths available for $70 and will include electric . 80% of vendor fees are donated to the Elwood Park Baptist Church. There is a $5 fee for electric if needed.
By registering on this Eventbrite you are agreeing to the following terms:
1) You will pay for the vendor fees in advanced through eventbrite. Prices are above. If you need electricity for your booth it will be a $5 add on as there is only select booth spaces with electricity. Please no generators.
2 ) You will arrive by 8:30AM to set up your booth (you can arrive as early as 8AM). You will be assigned a location and will utilize only your booth space. You will agree to park in vendor parking.
3 ) Please remember we are being hosted by a church! That means this is a family friendly environment: No alcohol or smoking on premises, no political advertisements or sale of political swag, anything for sale must be in good taste, no music at booth. Be respectful of the grounds!
4 ) You will attend the entire festival 9AM-3PM and will not close your booth until after 3PM. Please have your booth clean and the way you found it by 4PM.
5 ) We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen merchandise, cash, personal belongings.

* *SPONSORSHIP**: Sponsoring this event assists in the overhead costs to run the event. Sponsor will receive multiple recognition opportunities before, during, and after the event. Sponsors will also have a double booth included near the entrance of the festival including electric.
