BEWARE OF SCAMMERS - The only way to register to be a vendor is on our website and/or returning the vendor form and booth payment directly to the Flinthills Mall Office. Nicole Lipson in the Flinthills Mall Office is the only contact for this event (620)342-4631, [email protected], or by message the Flinthills Mall Facebook Page. While I do my best to delete any and all comments from scammers and block comments with common keywords used by scammers, they are relentless and I may not always be able to get rid of them right away. Do not reach out to anyone in the comments saying they are still accepting vendors and to reach out to them directly.

April 4th at noon is the deadline to sign up to be a vendor. NO EXCEPTIONS. Both the vendor form and booth payment must be confirmed received by the mall office for your spot to be considered reserved. At noon on April 4th, all outstanding invoices will be cancelled and unpaid vendor forms will be removed from the attendee list.
Vendor forms can be submitted online this year. I will confirm that online and mailed vendor forms have been received by the mall office - if you do not receive confirmation please reach out to me to verify. Filling out a vendor form does not reserve a spot, a booth payment must be made as well by April 4th to have a spot at the event. Square invoices can be requested on the vendor form. An additional $2 processing fee with be included for any debit, online, and square payments.
Direct sales companies are limited to one consultant per company. Please do not submit a form if your company is listed on our website as already having a vendor. Any additional forms/consultants will be rejected.
