Vendor Registration - 4 th Annual Indianapolis-Carmel Childrens Festival & Camp Expo 4/26/25

This spring festival is a great way to connect with local families during the season. Fun event that helps families connect with area business, find summer camps, classes, education, care & programs for adults/kids, items for their home, shopping or simply connecting with parents / moms. It will attract families and community from Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and the surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 2,000+ attendees. It will be fun!


  • When: When: April 26 th 2025 (Saturday, Noon - 3PM)
  • Where: 1 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032
  • Who Attends: Families from Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville, Hamilton County, Indianapolis, and the surrounding area.
  • How it works: Outdoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and it's various fun activities. Admission is free.

  • Summer Camp Expo: Find great options from day camps, overnight camps, and more.
