Special chance that KidLinked offers to connect with Newark, Heath, Pataskala, Johnstown, Utica, Granville, and area families during the fall. Helps families find area fall classes & programs, resources for their family, connect with local area businesses, find educational resources, health, services that help families, activities, childcare, programs for adults/kids, items for their home, shopping or simply connecting with parents / guardians.

  • Where: Canal Market District - 36 E Canal St, Newark, OH 43055

  • How it works: Outdoor & Indoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and it's various fun activities. Admission is free.

  • Fun Items: Fun fall festival includes free pumpkins, costume contest, hay rides, petting zoo, pony rides, trick or treating, bounce park, mini golf, carnival games, giant inflatable pumpkin, climbing wall, gyroscope ride, princess and superhero visit, Magical Mr. J magic performance, music, balloon artist, face painter, duck matching game (win either Halloween ball, slap bracelet, Halloween squishy toy or candy), prize wheel, lucky coin game, prize pinball, lollipop game, hulu hoop & limbo contest, bubble zone, free cotton candy, cookies, popcorn, food and treat trucks and more!
  • Free Pumpkins: 200 FREE Pumpkins for the first 200 kids (limit 2 per family). Pick a coin from our Lucky Coin Game to determine if you win a small or medium pumpkin.
  • What To Do at The Event: Find local resources, classes, shopping products and kid’s items, plus discover and shop for neat things for your family and your home.
  • How It Works: Start at the KidsLinked booth (located on the Back side of the school (towards the back - look for the giant pumpkin!) From there you can receive whatever item you signed up to do or directions on where to start the fun. Let the fun begin!
