COMMUNITY CLOTHING SWAP & SHOP
Do you have preloved clothing you’re ready to give a new home? Grab your stuff and don’t miss this event!
DATE – Sunday, November 13
LOCATION - FOUND:RE Phoenix Gallery Space
TIME – 12PM to 3PM. Vendor set-up starts at 10AM. All vendors, aka the people who reserve space, will have first dibs at swaps, shopping, trades, and barter for 30 minutes before the doors open to the public. This VIP experience will take place at 11:30AM

$10 for vendors, aka people who reserve space to sell, swap, trade, or barter.
If you want to bring clothing and items to swap, sell, trade, etc, you must register for a space and pay the $10 reserve fee. This event is complimentary to attend if you are only shopping and not bringing any clothes or items to sell, swap, or trade.
All genders, all adult sizes. No kids clothes or children accessories
Clothing, jewelry, shoes, bags, etc. accepted
WHAT IS THIS EVENT:
A clothing swap is a fun, social event, focusing on sustainable fashion awareness by helping people see fashion as an opportunity to give back to society by saving unwanted clothing from landfills.
If you want to participate as a vendor, aka a person selling or swapping - a clothing swap & shop is a party, where you bring gently used clothing and/or accessories to swap or sell. You can swap, trade, barter, or sell your items to the attendees or other participating vendors at the event. Don't miss this opportunity to clean out your closet.
You are solely responsible for your items, space, trades, and/or sales. FOUND:RE will only take a $10 participation fee to guarantee vendors a space, everything else is the responsibility of each vendor.
Each vendor who participates in this event will receive a rolling rack and table in their space, roughly an area of 6’x6’, to trade, barter, or sell gently used clothing and accessories.
What to Bring: Vendors can bring gently used, preloved items, like clothing and accessories that no longer spark joy in your life, giving your unloved pieces a second life! #sustainablestyle
Items must be washed, ironed, either folded or on a hanger, in near perfect, wearable condition. Think quality pieces you'd gift to a friend.
Please DO NOT Bring: clothing or items that are dirty, stained, have holes, covered in pet hair, a foul odor, kids clothing and accessories, furniture, larger heavier items, etc.
What happens to the leftovers? Vendors may take whatever leftovers they have home or leave the items at FOUND:RE to be donated to a local charity.
Friendly Reminder: Please ONLY bring clothes you’re ready to get rid of. You may end up bringing a lot and end up with a little or you could bring a little bit and end up with a lot! That’s the fun of swaps! You never know what you will come back home with.
AND, on another note, this swap is so we can all add some cute new items to our OWN closets. Let’s have some fun!

- Local DJ spinning beats to enhance your shopping experience.
- Meet the buyer of our on-site retail store, The Shop at FOUND:RE Phoenix, Bella Schorr.
- The first 25 people of the event will get a complimentary gift bag
- Raffles throughout the day, during the event
- Complimentary shopping bag per person, until supplies run out
- Food and brunch items will be available for purchase from MATCH Market & Bar because shopping is always more fun with cocktails!
- Network with cool people and make some new friends
