Vendor Opportunity-Breast Cancer Education Event

We are inviting local businesses, health professionals, and wellness advocates to become vendors at our Breast Cancer Health & Wellness Education Event this October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This is more than an event — it’s an opportunity to connect directly with survivors, caregivers, and community members while demonstrating your commitment to women’s health and wellness.

✔️ 4ft Booth Space Provided – Table & chair NOT INCLUDED(bring your own branded tablecloth, signage, table & chair).
✔️ No Vendor Fee – Fee waived when you:

1. Sign the Vendor Contract Agreement
2. Agree to market the event across all your business social media platforms
   ✔️ Vendor Fee if Requirements Not Met – A $25 fee will apply if both requirements are not fulfilled.
   ✔️ Community Impact – Be seen as a partner supporting women’s health and empowerment.
   ✔️ Networking Opportunities – Connect with nurses, doctors, caregivers, and local business leaders.
   ✔️ Marketing Boost – Your business will be featured in event promotions and vendor spotlights.

🕘 Vendor Check-In: 8:45 AM
🕘 Setup Time: 9:00 AM – must be completed before attendee doors open
🕚 Event Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Booth limited to 4ft of space (table not provided).
• Vendors must sign the Vendor Contract Agreement.
• Vendors must promote the event on all business social media platforms.
• If requirements are not fulfilled, a $25 vendor fee will be required before booth confirmation.
• Products must be non-toxic, health-conscious, and community-appropriate.
• Check-in no later than 8:45 AM and fully set up by 9:30 AM.
• Vendors may provide samples, demos, and resource materials.
• Vendors are responsible for their own payments & transactions.
