Vendor Opportunities for Purpose & Strategy Vision Board Luncheon

Calling all Entreprenuers! Join us for Purpose & Strategy Vision Board Luncheon. We are now accepting for vendors for our upcoming event. If you have a product and/or service that you would like to showcase see details below. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY VENDORS WHOSE PRODUCTS CONTAINS HEMP, CBD, OR CANNABIS or ANY LIKE SUBSTANCES IN THEIR PRODUCTS.

The following vendor opportunities are available.

Home Decor: (3) vendor spaces available.

• Candle vendor (2) vendor spaces: One vendor can carry soy all natural candles and another vendor can carry dessert or fruity scent candles. Can only bring candles
• Home fragrances vendor: Products can not include candles

Beauty Vendors: (1) available (vendor can carry both products)

• Make up/Lashes vendor
• Lip gloss/lip stick/lip scrub vendor

Skincare Vendors: (3) available (cannot have any other products is listed)

• Shea butter/body butters/whipped butter all natural or vegan (1) available space
• Shea butter/body butters/whipped butter scented: (1) available space
• Handmade soaps all natural/vegan/fragrance free or fragrance/scented: (1) available space

Haircare Vendors (1) available

• Hair serum/Hair growth oils/hair shampoos/bundles

Fashion/Accessory Vendors: (3) available (cannot have any other products listed)

• Clothing only Vendor: (1) jewelry can not be apart of your presentation
• Handbags only Vendor: (1)
• T-shirts Only Vendor: (1) no explicit t-shirts

Jewelry Vendors: (2) available

• Paparrazzi Consultant: (1) must have diversity in selection (casual, dressy, etc)
• Statement jewelry/wrap bracelets, etc: (1) can sell jewelry other than Paparrazzi

Custom Made Vendors: (1) available

APPLICATION PROCESS: YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST FIRST via email [email protected] with the following information: Name of Business Owner, Name of Business, Product type or Service provided, along with website and/or social media handle. *IF YOU REGISTER BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND THE VENDOR WILL RECEIVE A COURTESY EMAIL REQUESTING THE REQUIRED INFORMATION ALONG WITH THE DUE DATE TO SECURE THEIR SPOT, IF REQUESTED INFORMATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY DUE DATE THE VENDOR FEE WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE DUE TO INCOMPLETE INFORMATION AND SPACE WILL BE FORFEITED. Once received, you will receive a reply email informing you that your request has been approved and that you can register for the event and you will return back to this page to register. Please note that if another vendor submits a request and they are for the same company, the registration is first come first serve, if the second vendor register they will receive notification. **Some vendors may carry similar products but serves a different purpose (ex. both vendors sells body butters and scrubs but one may be all natural and vegan while the other may be for therapeutic purposes then they both will be able to register) We will allow up to 1 additional vendor with similar products but they can not be the same.

NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE PRICING: REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED BY THE HOST. IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED ALL VENDOR FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED TO THE RESCHEDULED DATE. IF VENDOR CAN NOT ATTEND THE RESCHEDULED DATE THEIR VENDOR FEES WILL BE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER 2024 EVENT DATE BUT WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

NON-REFUNDABLE GENERAL VENDOR FEE: $50.00 (includes 6ft table, chair, light snacks, and all vendors keep 100% of their proceeds) WE DO NOT PROVIDE TABLE CLOTHS, GENERATORS, COOLING SYSTEMS OR STORAGE. WE DO NOT COMPENSATE FOR GAS, MILEAGE, TOLLS, PARKING, ETC.

***AFTER APPROVAL VENDORS HAVE THE OPTION TO MAKE PAYMENT BY SCANNING THE QR CODE TO AVOID FEES.
