CALLING ALL VENDORS - we are planning our Fall 2024 Vendor & Craft show at Providence Place Senior Living of Chambersburg.Event is October 12th from 10a-3p. If interested in participating as a vendor, please see details below. if interested in participating as a visitor, we look forward to you visiting on 10/12. We will post a vendor list closer to the event!
Event Details for Vendors:
1. Providence Place will provide booth locations inside of the building on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the community.
a. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table or displays (no larger than 6 foot) and chair(s)
b. One spot per vendor
c. Elevators are available for use
d. Bathrooms are available for use
2. Set up may begin as early at 8:30am day of event
3. Event will end promptly at 3:00 pm
4. Once provided application is processed, we will email your approval along you’re your booth number and location
5. We will provide marketing materials for event in print and digital format that you may share
6. Application to participate is free but a donation is requested by participating vendors to the Providence Place Co-worker Foundation.
a. Donations will be collected during event and all proceeds benefit Providence Place Co-workers in need. More information on the 501c3 can be found here: https://providence-place.com/resources/co-worker-foundation/
