The Get Down Chicago is excited to partner with FashionBar LLC to provide vending opportunities to entrepreneurs and businesses at Shuffle-Palooza - A Pre-Music Festival Market & Daytime Dance Party!
Shuffle-Palooza is taking place at Water Tower Place, the hottest high-end retail area in downtown Chicago. We are in search of Fashion Designers, Brands, and Food & Beverage Services to participate as vendors. This vending opportunity is limited to only 15-20 vendors. Shuffle-Palooza will take place on July 24th, 2021 (one week ahead of Chicago's biggest festival weekend of the year) and include a pop-up music festival market experience that is open to the public July 24th and 25th. This is the perfect opportunity for consumers to purchase their festival gear before the big weekend and for you to market your brand, gain commercial exposure, and grow YOUR sales!

What to Bring?
Your vending space will be a 10 x 10 space located on the Water Tower's 3rd floor events room. Signage across the mall will lead traffic to the space! You should bring 2 - (4 RACKS MAXIMUM per vendor). NOTE: We do have 6' foot tables for rent at $20.00 (per table) and clothing racks for $25.00 (per rack) for the duration of your vending schedule. We will also provide a 6 foot table and two chairs, only 1 table per vendor will be available. You are welcome to bring your own tables (black lining required) as long as it fits in your 10 x 10 space. Water Tower Place has strict requirements on having Shuffle-Palooza meet their branding and marketing criteria, so please ensure your racks are silver and meet these standards.
Space is assigned once you've registered and secure your vendor fee. All vendors are required to work their own vending space and run your own transactions as we DO NOT collect commission.

Once you purchase your spot, you will receive 'Shuffle-Palooza Check-in' itinerary with your assigned space number when you arrive to Water Tower Place. This document will provide you with production details and set-up and break down information for a smooth check-in and checkout process.
