Cruise through vineyards and orchards along the historic Kettle Valley Railway. This guided cycle tour begins with a picturesque, 35-minute shuttle along the Naramata Bench to the trailhead. From there, we'll start a memorable and gentle, downhill ride along the trail where your Guide will share the history and geography of the area. The lake and valley views are spectacular. This stunning section of the railway is considered the jewel of the KVR.At the end of the ride, you will arrive at your first winery where your cycle tour ends and your taste of Okanagan wine begins. Your second winery tasting will be accompanied by a small picnic with a view before heading back to Penticton, via a fruit stand stop at one of our favorite orchards.
This is a truly unique way to explore the very best Penticton has to offer… trails, views, local food and produce, and of course world class, well earned, Okanagan Wine.
$175/person - group rates available. Includes shuttle, bike rental, guided ride, coffee, baked goodie, 2 wine stops, picnic. (we do not include wine tasting fees as they are waved with the purchase of wine - and people usually buy wine!)
Tour Dates: May 4th (1-5pm) & 11th, June 13th, July 14th & 22nd, Aug. 18th, Oct. 12th, 9am-1pm
