Vegfest's Vegan Thanksliving Potluck
Join VegFest for our third annual Vegan Thanksliving Potluck! Sunday, November 16th, 1pm-4:30pm, in Boylston, Massachusetts.
Whip up your favorite Thanksliving dish and gather with like-minded community members to commemorate the holiday in the vegan way—by promoting compassionate living, reflecting on the truth behind the holiday’s traditions, and of course, eating delicious cruelty-free food. Besides a plethora of potluck dishes, we’ll have arts & crafts, music, a cash bar, and door prizes.
Tickets are required. Your ticket helps support VegFest’s work throughout the year -spreading plant-based living throughout New England. It also helps us cover a portion of the rental costs for our beautiful venue - Bay Path Barn, where we are able to accommodate up to 150 guests!
Located conveniently in central Massachusetts, Bay Path Barn is a newly remodeled, rustic barn with all the charm of a classic homestead. Hardwood floors, round tables, elegant atmosphere, and Autumn decor will surround our vibrant community members as we share a delicious meal.
Guests will have the opportunity to draw a unique turkey portrait for , an art project that aims to create an artistic representation for each of the 46 million turkeys eaten in the United States on Thanksgiving Day every year. 46 Million Turkeys will join us at the event and supplies will be provided to take part in this community art project.

Parking: The event venue has a complimentary private parking lot for guests.
Dress Code: Come as you are. Feel free to dress up, or go casual and comfy.
What To Bring: Please bring a vegan main dish, side dish, or dessert to feed approximately 10 hungry vegans. Include a note card with your name, the name of the dish, and ingredients used. Bring cash + tip if desired to purchase beverages at the bar.
What NOT To Bring: Outside beverages prohibited due to venue policy. Please do not bring drinks, aside from water, milk/formula for infants, or medical need. Bay Path Barn will serve complimentary water and features a well stocked cash bar with juice, sodas, and adult beverages (beer & cocktails) for 21+ attendees with ID.
Ingredients: All ingredients used must be vegan. Carefully review to avoid animal products (meat, dairy, eggs, honey, and other animal derived ingredients such as whey, beeswax, gelatin, carmine, confectioners glaze, etc.)
Health & Safety: Please practice good hygiene, cook foods to the minimum safe internal temperature and store hot & cold foods covered and in a cooler or insulated container until serving. It is up to attendees to review their own food selections before consumption for allergens / undesired ingredients. Those who are feeling unwell, have a fever, or have recently tested positive for / have symptoms of contagious illness are requested to not attend. Attendees assume all risk associated with voluntary participation in the event and consumption of any food products they choose.

Animal Companions: Only vested dogs specifically trained to assist with medical conditions are permitted. No other animals are permitted, including emotional support, and/or companion animals.
