Pop us are back!After the winter holiday, Luigi will open his doors again for a couple of Pop-up dinners based on vegetables and fermentation.
In that sessions, I will share a 5-course creative vegetarian menu based on my flavor magic elements! My techniques are focused on Fermentation, Slow cooking, Blackening, Smoking, Pickling, and no-waste/sustainable ways of cooking.
On that nights, you will also taste my homemade Kombucha and sourdough bread.
