How to cook vegetables people actually want to eat
This January class focuses on turning everyday vegetables into bold, flavorful dishes using simple techniques you can apply at home immediately.
No fancy equipment.
No diet food energy.
Just real food done right.
👩🏽🍳 What to Expect in This Class
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly cooking class led by Chef Tee of Tresia’s Catering. Expect:
• Step-by-step instruction you can follow with confidence
• Flavor-building techniques you’ll use every day
• Plenty of tasting (yes, you eat what you make!)
• A printed or digital veggie flavor cheat sheet to take home
• Optional wine or signature cocktail add-on
• A fun, welcoming, no-pressure environment

• Roasted Brussels sprouts
• Garlicky greens (collards or kale)
