About this Event
Veganuary Made Easy: Simple Swaps for Everyday Meals is a 90-minute cooking workshop designed to help you understand how to make the meals you already love—vegan and delicious. You’ll learn simple swaps for dairy, eggs, and meat, along with plant-forward techniques that keep your food familiar, flavorful, and affordable.
We’ll explore pantry essentials, seasoning strategies, and how to build balanced, satisfying bowls that support your wellness goals for the new year. Everything we make will be approachable, easy to repeat at home, and based on ingredients you can find anywhere.
This workshop is taught by Nzingah Oniwosan, an integrative wellness and movement teacher with over two decades of experience in plant-based eating, healthy cooking, yoga, Pilates, and holistic wellness. Through her cookbooks, cooking series, and digital programs, she helps people understand how to eat in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and culturally connected.
Whether you're joining Veganuary for the first time, curious about plant-based cooking, or simply looking for healthier options in the new year, this class will give you practical tools, confidence, and inspiration for your kitchen.
Come ready to learn, taste, and make plant-based cooking feel easy.
