This Valentine's Day, join us for an intro to the art of vegan cheesecake!
What's the secret to great vegan cheesecake? What are the best plant-based alternatives to cream cheese, milk and butter?
On February 14th, join plant-based chef and author Janay Laing for a fun workshop, where you'll learn how to create delicious cheesecake using premium plant-based ingredients.
In addition to learning the many benefits of going dairy-free, attendees will be treated to free samples of New York-Style and Dulce de Leche cheesecake.
