On January 10th, join plant-based chef and author Janay Laing, author of Making Plants Delicious, for a special Vegan Taco Party!
In this fun and informative class, Janay will demonstrate her techniques for creating nachos with dairy-free queso, followed by street-style tacos with plant-based beef, cheese, and creamy Baja sauce.
Guests will build their own tacos with fresh toppings. Janay will also provide an educational talk about the many benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, with product recommendations and nutrition tips.
