About this Event
Learn to make two versions of this classic comfort food! We will create a classic French version and an Indian spiced version. Making lentil soups are easy and they are a very nutritious and economical addition to your meal planning. After learning these two recipes participants will gain the confidence to create new versions using seasonal ingredients and different spice options.
