Louisville’s Logan Street Market will come alive on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 2–6 PM as Change Today, Change Tomorrow (CTCT) hosts its Vegan Cookoff with an international theme, featuring celebrity chef judge Darnell “SuperChef” Ferguson.
This exciting competition is more than a showcase of culinary skill—it’s a movement for food access and cultural connection. In many Black communities, vegan eating is often portrayed as inaccessible due to financial, time, and transportation barriers. This event flips the script by bringing diverse vegan dishes directly to the community, making plant-based eating approachable, flavorful, and replicable at home.
Guests will enjoy tasting rounds, a vegan lifestyle panel, and recipes for every featured dish, so they can recreate their favorite flavors without unnecessary guesswork or wasted grocery trips.
