Vegan Cooking Lecture Series - Plant Based Mexican Fiesta

Degreed in-Home Economics, Joyce taught home economics in public schools. Later she became a home economist for the Litton Corporation. Currently she has a certification from the Vegan Fusion Cooking Academy and teaches plant-based cooking. In her classes, Joyce stresses simple and easy dishes while focusing on the health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle.
