This course is for those who want to learn how cook plant based meals and get insight on how to use spices and other plant based ingredients and how to plan healthy and balance meals. This will be a 5-hour interactive session. Didi Ananda Krpa is a yogic nun of Ananda Marga has taught vegan and vegetarian cuisine in Asia, South America and Europe for over 30 years and has supported many animal and plant loving people to be a vegetarian or vegan as a part of their yogik lifestyle.
