About this Event
In this class we will be learning 2 different types of plant-based burgers that are great for BBQ or grill them indoor, perfect to welcome the spring season.
Everybody will be doing the burgers from scratch, cooking them and tasting them. A fun Thursday night.
Cooking presentation
1. Quinoa and chickpea burgers
2. Black Bean burger
3. You will also learn how to give an amazing flavor to this burger with easy homemade pickles and sauces !!
The Class at CB Health & Wellness center on Thursday April 4th at 6:30 pm
The class will be done at CB Health and Wellness Centerat 305 East 119th street, NY NY 10035There are 7 tables, and each table will be cooking all the recipes of the class.
The teacher will be cooking and showing you all the steps to create the perfect meal and you will following the same steps.
Once we all finish, we will be tasting our creations and talking about our experience.It is suggested that you bring a small container to take home some of the leftovers... there are always leftovers!
After all the recipes are done everybody will be tasting the recipes they made and talking about their experienceAn evening to spend with friends and to have a great time after work. Space is limited to up to 7 people.
There will also be gloves, alcohol, and antibacterial soap.
