Welcome to Vegan and Vegetarian Cooking Workshops at The Yoga Factory! Hello future plant-based chefs! Welcome to the group for our Vegan & Vegetarian Cooking Workshop! We're so excited to have you join us for an afternoon of delicious food and fun.
This workshop is designed to help you understand the relevance of spices and plant based natural ingredients we use on a day to day basis and how we can get the most from our kitchen cupboard ingredients.
We will understand how the right combination of food affect us and what we can use according to season and where we live.
We've got some incredible recipes planned, and we can't wait to get cooking with you all.
Every session you will watch us cook 2 recipes and we will serve you a full meal at every session.
