Get ready for a weekend of art, country roads, and great company as we tour South Australia’s Silo Art Trail. Over two days we’ll wind through regional towns, admire large-scale artworks, and enjoy plenty of laughs along the way. Whether you’re staying overnight in Waikerie or joining for a single day, this trip is all about the drive, the sights, and the camaraderie.
Meet-up & Departure
Where: Crafers Park N Ride North (see map with pin below)
When: 18 October. Arrive from 9:00am for a briefing, roll out 9:30am sharp
Day 1 – Saturday 18 October
Multiple stops along the Silo Art Trail
BYO picnic lunch en route (or stop on the way)
Dinner at a local hotel (please RSVP for numbers)
Overnight at Waikerie Holiday Park by the river
Day 2 – Sunday 19 October
Breakfast at your leisure (cook yourself or meet at a local café)
More silo spotting, finishing with our final stop at Owen, then home

✅ Pop the dates in your diary: Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 Oct
✅ Book your accommodation ASAP (call 08 8541 2651 and quote 3379).
✅ If you are joining only for a day trip, let us know by 10 October
✅ Let us know once you’ve booked so we can track numbers by 10 October
✅ RSVP for Saturday dinner and tell us how many people by 10 October
✅ Pack your BYO picnic lunch for Day 1 (or grab something on the way)
✅ Send us your email and mobile number by 10 October so we can stay in touch
✅ Bring any car you like, we don’t mind 😊
✅ If you have a CB Radio, please put it in for this trip as we will be on the road for a while together.
✅ Please start the trip with a full tank of petrol
