VE DAY 80th Anniversary Memorial Service at Fort Perch Rock - Italy Star AssociationThursday 8th May 2pm Start - Please Arrive before 1.30pm to be Seated.
The Italy Star Association invites you to Join us at Fort Perch Rock for a Memorial Service commemorating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day 8th May 1945.
Memorial Service begins at 2pm led by the National Vice-Chairman of the Italy Star Association Tony Franks-Buckley. He will be joined by our Guest of Honour Italy Star Veteran John Dennett who will be laying a Wreath. Reverend Heather Atkinson of St James Parish will be leading the Prayers of Remembrance. Finishing with Local Artist Jericho Uno performing Redemption Song.
We have an afternoon of Entertainment to follow with Wartime Music, Wartime Scouse, Special Italian Star Pizzas, Cakes, Tea and Coffee. The Bar will be serving Titanic Ales and French Wine. Our Historian will be giving Historic WW2 Talks and our Actors will be on hand to perform WW2 Escape Rooms (To be Booked Via The Mess)
