On Saturday the 10th of May 2025 we will be holding a FREE community event on The Recreational Ground to commemorate and Celebrate VE Day 80! The day will comprise of live music, an avenue of street food and drinks, walkabout artists, free rides, facepainting and a climbing wall for the children. The day will culminate in a short firework display . This is a wonderful opportunity as a community to come together and celebrate and commemorate those who strived for victory in Europe 80 years ago.
