You are warmly invited to join us at Ballinderry War Memorial Hall on Friday 15th August 2025 at 8:00pm for an evening of remembrance and reflection to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) and Victory in Japan (VJ).Together, we will honour the sacrifices made and celebrate the freedoms secured by our forebears in 1945. The evening will include a talk on the significance of VE and VJ Day, accompanied by music from the war years performed by the Alastair Scott Ceilidh Band, followed by a light supper.
Admission is free, and all are very welcome.
