Swing By and Explore Your Arts Center!
Stop by Vashon Center for the Arts on Sunday, March 23 between 1 and 3 pm to see what goes on in and around the VCA campus. Take a tour backstage, up and over the catwalk and down into the orchestra pit in The Kay performance hall. Visit the historic Blue Heron Education Center and discover all the artistic opportunities offered throughout the year. Challenge your riddle knowledge with a new Scavenger Hunt that will take you all over the VCA campus. Solve every riddle and we’ll have a prize waiting for you! Enjoy refreshments in the Atrium while listening to Vashon Maury Chamber Orchestra musicians as they present ‘Spring Idyll’ at 2pm. Meet the VCA Team, ask questions, learn about volunteer opportunities, and get to know your island arts center! All are welcome.
