SHOP RIDES ARE GOING STRONG!!The Village Bike & Fitness TNRR (Tuesday Night Road Ride) will continue in August! Our rides are TUESDAY NIGHTS at RIVERSIDE PARK BOAT LAUNCH (where Knapp meets Monroe in Grand Rapids). Roll out is at 7:00 pm SHARP. Helmets required; lights encouraged (as we will be returning after sunset for early and late-season rides). 20+. miles; civilized pace (15-17 mph) NO DROP; pace is dictated by the group. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!!
