Neighborhood Cultural Affairs Grants available for Neighborhood Art ProgramsI received notice that Cultural Affairs is now accepting applications for the Neighborhood Arts Grant through January 16, 2026. More information can be found here:

Note that under “Grant Assistance and Tips,” there are 3 Virtual Grant Workshops that will walk participants through the application process, eligibility, and key tips for crafting a compelling proposal: one each in November, December, and January.
Grants Manager Lisa Wigginton is the December 17th, 2025 VBCCO Guest Speaker on this program. The December meeting is at the Bow Creek Recreation Center.
FY25 Grantees included Scarborough Square, Brigadoon, and Pine Ridge Civic Leagues.
