If you remember the epic Morph*ne show at Electric Lounge, or if you're just a fan of that legendary low end sound featuring electric baritone sax, drums, and two string slide bass, please join us for this inaugural weekend of shows in the new "Electric Lounge Presents" series.Both shows in this two night stand at the Continental Club will also feature aftershows with amazing local bands (who Electric Lounge fans may recognize). Vapors of Morph*ne will hit the stage at 10:30 pm on Friday night and 9:30 pm on Saturday night.
Come out and hear your favorite Morph*ne songs, plus new material and original versions of selective covers. They expand on the ethereal, hypnotic sounds popularized by the group in the nineties, and dig into their influences, from African music to delta Blues.
