This prestigious event will honor community leaders who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to empowerment, community service, and positive change.

About This Event:

The Vanguard Awards Luncheon is designed to recognize and celebrate individuals in Osceola County who have made significant impacts in areas such as education, health, economic development, public safety, and social justice. These community vanguards have shown extraordinary leadership and commitment, and it is our privilege to acknowledge their efforts in a formal setting.


The Award Recipients:


  1. Deloris McMillan - Lifetime Pinnacle Award for her lifetime leadership in advocating for civil rights.
  2. Andrew King - Community Luminary Award for his role in the Caribbean Fusion Festival.
