Join us our new venue in Vange!
Classes take place every Tuesday 1.30-3.00 pm at Kent View Community Centre, 52 Kent View Road, Vange, Basildon SS16 4LA.
These sessions are for both Pregnant and Postnatal women.
Exercise sessions will be adapted to suit all fitness levels, so even if you have never exercised before, come along and give it a go! You might surprise yourself!
When you sign up it entitles you to 4 sessions to take weekly. If your baby has an illness or you/baby have an appointment and you have to miss a session, it is still valid for another time. You can bring your baby along to the class.
Pregnant women need to have had clearance to exercise and those who are Postnatal will need to have had their 6 week check before participating. If you have had a c-section, you can join after 12 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel your booking, there will be an admin charge for any refunds issued to cover Eventbrite’s fees. Details are available on request. You can however call us on 01268 525758 or email [email protected] to ask to move your booking to an alternative date free of charge.
For exercise classes – each ticket entitles you to attend 4 weeks of classes. If you have to miss a session due to sickness or healthcare appointments, you can make this up at another time.
