Join us for a night of learning from experienced and talented game developers as they speak about their work on Slay the Spire, Peglin, Chicory and more. On April 24th 5:30pm, we are hosting Dylan Gedig, Demi Montes and Greg Lobanov at Northeastern University, Vancouver Campus.
Peglin: How to Bootstrap an Indie Game - Dylan Gedig
Dylan (he/him) is a long-time avid member of the games industry. Alongside founding Red Nexus Games and designing Peglin, he has served on the Executive Committee of the Global Game Jam, the board of IGDA Victoria, and regularly volunteers with Games For Our Future and the IGDA Foundation.
Managing the Community of Slay the Spire - Demi Montes
Demi (she/her) is a marketing and community management specialist in the games industry who has worked with studios such as Mega Crit and Brace Yourself Games. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BFA and, when not managing communities, can be found creating art or (surprise!) playing games.
Q&A with Greg Lobanov
Greg (he/him)is an indie game director known for creating colorful, whimsical adventure games like Chicory: A Colorful Tale and Wandersong. Currently working on Beastieball.
