SAVE THE DATES to shop local with us on the 2nd Saturday of every month!
used booksellers and local artisans take over the storefront for a creative pop-up event on the 2nd Saturday of every month starting this March through November.
In addition to a huge selection of used books, CDs and vinyl (all $6 and under), you'll find a rotating selection of local creative makers at the pop-up and just a few blocks away - the UDC Farmers Market selling fresh local produce, food, flowers, baked goods, locally made beauty products and so much more. Van Ness is home to a great selection of local restaurants to enjoy after a day of shopping local bargains!
Stay tuned for a list of participating makers and partnering special activations closer to the date of each pop-up.
SCHEDULE - Saturdays, 10 AM - 5 PM (Carpe Librum will be set up the entire day but individual vendor hours may differ)
March 9th - The 2nd Saturday Pop-Up grand opening!
April 13th - Shop the 2nd Saturday Pop-Up and the UDC Farmers Market!
May 11th - Just in time for Mother's Day!

About Carpe Librum: Carpe Librum raises valuable funds for nonprofit by selling used books, CD, DVDs, and vinyl records donated by the community. With a selection of over 8,000 items to choose from, all books, Cds and vinyl records are just $6 and under.
Location: The Van Ness Main Street offices and storefront are located at 4340 Connecticut Avenue in Van Ness, DC, steps from the UDC red line metro exit.
